Electro Charge Version 1
Place your dominant hand on something that has a electric voltage (make sure its OFF). Close your eyes and visualize a stream of energy connecting your palm to the electrical systems inside. Picture the enitre object turnng to sparks jumping around inside of it. Have the link suck up the "sparks" and let them be stored in the center of your chest. And when ever you want a little static, visualise those spakrs jumping into your hands. Note: this is the begginers way of ek.
Electro Charge Version 2
To use electrokinesis, you must visualize electricity flowing through your body. Try to feel it, then when you can feel a tingle running from your head to your toes, try and direct the energy out through your hands, maybe at an television or radio . See if you notice anything. Has the reception changed? Is it clearer, worse? Maybe the volume has changed, or there are little flashes on the screen or crackles in the sound? Have a try - if you don't succeed first time round, if you continue to practice, then you'll get there.
