(Bi-o-kin-esis) Bio means life (I am not very sure at this current time but I will get back to you) If some where to master BK you could genetecly reprogram yourself to see better to hear better to slow, stop and maybe reverse the aging prosess. You may even beable to change you hair color or skin color or even change you face even. It would be amazing if someone acually could master biokinesis.
The Needle Meathod
This is a meathod that works for minor things, for example, cold does not seem cold, harder to loose stamina, things like that. Meditate for half an hour.Once you have reached a relaxed state, start letting psi flow through you. Create a small needle of energy in your body. Make it very thin and sharp. Now visualise your genes flowing through your body in small tubes. Tell the needle in you mind its purpose and what to change in your genes. Use will power to send the needle of psi peircing in to the gene stream. Its VERY important that you use psi to cover the hole made, otherwise you'll start to loose the character that made you who your are. Once the needle is in, let it form back in to a small mass of psi and drift in your genes untill it dissalves. Warning do this at you own risk. I will not be held responsible for anything.
